Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable deposit is required to book all appointments. Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Your deposit may be transferred one time when rescheduling within this time frame. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, no-shows, or same-day cancellations will result in the loss of your deposit. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may require rescheduling and may result in deposit forfeiture.
